2020 COVID Procedures

The information on this page denotes pool operating processes, procedures, required forms, hours, and other key information related to 2020 operations in light of the COVID pandemic.  Please read through this information prior to attending Rollingwood and watch the announcements section of the home page prior to pool visits for notification of changes.  It is recommended that all members sign up for the Rollingwood email notification system (accessible from the home page) to receive important updates and communications affecting pool operations.

Pool Hours

At this time, Rollingwood is permitted to allow 185 members to enter the grounds and 135 members to enter the Pool.  Morning and afternoon blocks have been scheduled with cleaning in between each block.  All members must exit the Pool, the grounds, and the parking lot during the scheduled cleaning hours.  Members at the Pool in the morning block may return for an afternoon session after the first hour of the afternoon session.  This will ensure all members have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool.  Despite the capacity allowances, we reserve the right to clear the Pool or stop new members from entering the Pool until other members leave if social distancing cannot be achieved.

We also reserve the right to change the way in which Pool time is allotted.  If we find there is too much demand or if members do not comply with the mandated social distancing requirements, we will revert back to the originally planned reservation system.  This could significantly reduce members’ Pool time, so we ask that everyone please cooperate with social distancing and the other new rules.

The pool hours are accessible from the home page and the button below.  Please note that every member must have an ID card to enter the pool and no guests are allowed at this time.  Please read the Supplemental Processes and Procedures information in the section below for a full description of changes implemented for the 2020 season.

Supplemental Rules and Procedures

The rules provided below are in addition to the Rollingwood Pool Rules, signs posted at the Pool, and Rollingwood Staff instructions.  The safety of all Pool members and Staff is our number one goal.  Please be patient as we implement the processes and procedures required by the State of Maryland, Baltimore County, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).  These rules and processes are subject to change.

VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES OR ANY INSTRUCTIONS FROM A ROLLINGWOOD STAFF MEMBER MAY RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR ABILITY TO USE THE POOL, SUSPENSION OF YOUR POOL MEMBERSHIP, OR REVOCATION OF YOUR POOL MEMBERSHIP.

Some frequently asked questions (FAQs) along with their responses can also be found by clicking the FAQ button below.

Mandatory Health Assessment

The Mandatory Health Assessment (accessible via the button below) must be completed (one form for each Rollingwood member coming to the Pool) for each visit.  Do not come to the pool if you are sick or have any COVID systems (see form for details).
