Temporary Construction in the Area

The Board is excited to announce an agreement with the developer of the new adult community contiguous to our property.  Rollingwood Pool and Ritchie Overlook LLC recently entered a temporary construction license agreement benefiting each party.  The Pool is permitting the Developer access to their construction site through the lower area of our property.  In return the Pool is receiving needed improvements at the Developer's expense.  The Developer is moving our existing fence to our property line, installing a needed pool drain, extending our concrete deck near the pavilion including the construction of a wall to support the extension, extending the existing sidewalk in that area, providing fill soil on the lower portion of the property, and installing new shuffleboard courts.  Concrete work is very costly and this is a great benefit for our Pool.  The rebuilding of the shuffle board courts has been put off for financial reasons and it will be great to have a part of Rollingwood history back in 2010.  The license expires on May 1, so the construction traffic will not hinder in any way the members use and enjoyment of the Pool when Memorial Day rolls around.  We wish all the members a great off season and look forward to the summer with a new and improved Rollingwood Pool.

New - Smoking Policy

In response to member request at the general membership meeting on July 13th, the Rollingwood Board of Directors has approved a new smoking policy to be put immediately into effect.  Click here for details.
