Guest Policy

Guest Policy & Admittance

Members will identify all guests upon entry to the pool.  The guard will log guest names in the member management system and will collect the applicable guest fees and/or apply pre-purchased guest credit(s) from the member account.  Non-members found on the premises who have not followed the guest entrance procedure will be asked to leave the pool grounds and the accompanying member’s membership may be suspended in accordance with the By-Laws of Rollingwood Pool.

 

Non-swimming grandparents of member families swimming will be admitted to the pool without charge.  Prior approval must be obtained from the Pool Manager(s) any time a member plans to bring ten or more guests.  All such parties must be approved by the manager(s) and the maximum number of guests is 60 unless approved by the Board.  All normal guest fees will apply.  In addition, a Pavilion Fee will be charged for any party that reserves half of the Pavilion ($25) or the entire Pavilion ($50). The Pavilion Fee may be waived at the discretion of the Board of Directors.  Guests will not be required to sign the logbook to gain admission to social activities and swim meets.

A POOL MEMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL GUESTS DURING THEIR ENTIRE VISIT TO THE POOL.  GUESTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE POOL WITHOUT AN ACCOMPANYING MEMBER.  AS THE MEMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER YOUR GUEST AND PAY THE APPROPRIATE FEE TO THE GATE GUARD.  IT IS ALSO THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEMBER TO ADVISE EACH GUEST OF ALL THE POOL RULES.

 

Guest Credits

Guest fees are paid in the denomination of a “guest credit” within the membership management system.  A guest credit has a value of one dollar and may be purchased at the time of entry by cash or check.  Guest credits may be pre-purchased by members (and added to the account) through the membership management system.  Guest credits may also be granted to members for certain qualifying events as determined by the Board of Directors (e.g., membership referral).

Fees

The following guest fee schedule is now in effect:

 

Guest Pass Rates*

Monday thru Friday - Adult: $7.00; Children (1-17): $6.00 

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays - Adult $8.00; Children (1-17): $7.00 

Admission after 5:00 pm - Adult/Children: $4.00

   

Weekly House Guest Pass (approved by manager)*

Individual/Family (per week): $25.00/$45.00

Nanny  Pass (approved by the Treasurer)*

$125/Season

 

One Nanny Pass will be issued per Bond # (transferable within family; i.e., if more than one nanny).  Nanny must accompany member(s) for entry.  Guest fees are applicable if nanny brings guest(s) of members.
