ANNOUNCEMENT: Gate Entry Photos - May 19th and May 28th

If you need a picture for your gate entry ID card, please try to attend one of the gate entry photo sessions: May 19 from 10:30am to 1:30pm or May 28 from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Pictures will be taken in the Rollingwood Pavilion. If you are a new member or if you are adding a child to your membership (who has reached the age of 4), please make sure to fill out and submit the gate entry registration form prior to arriving to have your photos taken. Annual Election of Pool Board Officers and Directors 3. Vote on By-Law Revisions Remember to bring your election ballot. Please remember that only active members may vote on Pool By-Laws (no inactive or special members may vote). While the By-Laws do not provide for write-in votes, you may make additional nominations from the floor at the meeting.

There is a yard sale at Rollingwood Pool on October 8th from 8a.m. - 1p.m. We are asking for a donation of $5.00 a space. You will need to bring your own tables. Urgent: Rollingwood Pool Closed for the Season

We are sorry to have to announce this, but due to safety concerns, BGE has shut off power to the Rollingwood property. As power will not be able to be restored until after Labor Day, the pool is unfortunately shut down for the season. All activities for Sunday and Monday (Labor Day) are cancelled. We hope everyone has a safe and happy off season and look forward to seeing you again in 2012.

Pool will be closed on Sunday, August 28th due to loss of power. Pool will reopen on Monday at 1pm if power is restored.

Announcement: Hurricane Irene and End of Season Schedule

Rollingwood will be closed beginning this afternoon for the duration of the hurricane. If the sun comes out tomorrow (Sunday) we will reevaluate later in the afternoon after post hurricane clean up is complete. Also, the final week of the season hours (including snack bar hours) has been posted to the web site.

Due to today's weather, Rollingwood would like to announce changes to the following events: Swim Team Open Pit Fundraiser, Ice Cream Social, and Family Bingo. Please note that all of these events are being rescheduled to Labor Day, Monday Sep 5th coincident with Family Fun Day. The schedule for Sep 5th is as follows*: 11:00am to 1:00pm - Family Fun Day (hot dogs and sodas provided) 1:00pm - Family Fun Day (games - in the pool and on the grounds) 3:00pm to 6:00pm - Swim Team Open Pit Fundraiser 4:00pm to 6:00pm - Family Bingo (in the pavilion) 5:00pm to 7:00pm - Ice Cream Social 8:00pm - Pool Close <ul> <li>This information will be posted to the web site shortly along with the pool schedule for the last week of operation (week of Aug 29th).</li></ul> Also, Rollingwood will remain open today, Sunday June 21st, but the pool and deck may be closed periodically in accordance with the weather conditions.

Dear Rollingwood Members, Below please find reminders and changes for activities on Sunday August 21st. *Swim Team Open Pit Fundraiser Please try to stop by and support your Rollingwood Seals on Sunday, August 21 from 3:00pm (until approximately 6:00pm) for the team's 2nd annual Open Pit fundraiser. The team will have open pit turkey and beef sandwiches, hot dogs, chips, and drinks for sale. *Ice Cream Social The ice cream social time has been changed to 5pm-7pm. After enjoying a tasty meal from Open Pit Fundraiser, purchase a scoop of ice cream with your choices of toppings for a $1.00. *Family Bingo Night Due to the inclement weather on August 14th, Family Bingo Night has been rescheduled for August 21st. Bingo will be from 6pm - 8pm. Cost is $2.00 per person or $5.00 per family (up to 4 people) for 10 bingo cards. Come on down and enjoy a fun filled afternoon-evening at Rollingwood Pool.
