Guest Policy
All guests will be registered in a guest log.
A
receipt will be given to the pool member in exchange for any applicable fees as
evidence that the required fee has been paid and the guest has been registered.
The receipt must be in the possession of the guest or member for the duration of
their visit. Non-members without proof of payment (a receipt) will be asked to
leave the pool grounds and the accompanying member's membership may be suspended
in accordance with the By-Laws of Rollingwood Pool.
The grandparents of member families that are not going to use the pool facilities for the purpose of swimming will be admitted to the pool without charge.
In the event you are planning to bring a total of 10 or more guests to the pool at one time, prior approval must be obtained from the Pool Manager. All parties have to be approved by the manager, the maximum number of people for parties is 60 and normal guest fees apply. Please note this change in Management Policy.
Guests will not be required
to sign the log book to gain admission to social activities and swim meets.
ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A POOL MEMBER DURING THEIR ENTIRE VISIT TO THE POOL. GUESTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE POOL WITHOUT AN ACCOMPANYING MEMBER. AS THE MEMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER YOUR GUEST AND PAY THE APPROPRIATE FEE TO THE GATE GUARD. The following guest fee schedule is in effect for the 2007 season:
Weekly House Guest Pass (approved by manager): Individual: $15.00/per week Family: $25.00/per week
Nanny Pass (approved by Board of Directors): $125/Season
One Nanny Pass will be issued per Bond # (transferable within family; i.e., more than one nanny). Nanny must accompany member(s) for entry. Guest fees are applicable if nanny brings guest(s) of members.
